Coach's Results
This page is to show you that I'm out there challenging myself just like every athlete that I coach! Many coaches are very content to sit back and hand out challenging programs to their athletes without challenging themselves. Hence, they forget the time, energy, and preparation that goes into successful training and racing over the long haul. Hopefully you will see that I'm walking the walk and not just talking the talk. The results below are from my past few racing seasons. I also competed (as do many of the athletes at Powerfulathlete) with a busy schedule including a full time job as a college professor and psychotherapist, a part time job as an online fitness coach, and also time spent with my wife (she designed this web page!), family, and friends.
